When i started thinking about this post,which is a first post in this blog,I was confused about what to write???
After days of thinking i came to know that,my first post want to be usefull for others which are suffering from something famous.Then i choose this one.
About 70 persent people in  u.s are suffering from overweight.And around 60 persent of people from all around the universe.


But,why are you guys afraid of being overweight??

But overweight comes not only because of eating so much,but it can be also caused by Environment,Place we are living,Living stle,Genetics.

Take yourself a decision that you want to decrease your weight.
If you want to decrease you can!!!!
Everything can be done if we have a decision!!!!!!...
So first you have to do is to rearrange your diet plan inorder to loose your weight.

#.Stop eating always...
#.Stop sleeping after food..
#.Do excersice every day..
#.Drink more water..because water can help to increase the metabolic rate and help you to burn calories.
#.Skip meals and try Small snacks.
#.Workout more...because inorder to decrease weight,we need to remove excess fat from out body.Fat is formed because of excess amount of calories in our body,So by working out,we will be able to burn more fat and decrease the weight.
#.If you have a problem or something, you will burn your calories automaticaly.(but i hope you guys doesnt have any problems).
#.Create daily diet plan...
Controlling diet is the only  thing which you can do.So be carefull in making your own diet plan.Your diet plan will  depend upon how much weight you want to loose.
For ex:
Breakfast
1 cup Green Tea
1 orange,medioum
1 cup Cheerios Cerel
Morning Snack
1 cup cantaloupe cereal
Lunch
1 Whole-Wheat pita. bread,small.
1 cup skim milk.
Afternoon Snack
2 Tablespoons Prepared hummus.
3 ounces Celery sticks.
Dinner
½ Cup of Cooked Brown Rice.
Green and
½ Banana,small

Eat-Carb Vegitables
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spinach
Kale
Brussels Sprouts
Cabbage
Swiss Chard
Lettuce
Cucumber
Celery

I will not force you to  make use of this post completely inorder to decrease your weight.
But im saying that, to make use of this post to make your diet and health as like you want to be....!!!!!!!
